Soul Cafe's Collard Greens

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot.
  2. Add onions and cook over medium-low heat until caramelized.
  3. Add vinegars and water and bring to a slow boil.
  4. Add collard greens.
  5. Simmer until tender.
  6. Add vegetable base, cayenne and sugar.
  7. Continue to simmer until flavors are absorbed by greens.
  8. Serve hot.
