Chicken With Mushroom Gravy

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Add mushrooms.
  4. Mix broth and soup and pour over chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
  6. Pull chicken from slow cooker and set aside.
  7. When cool, shred.
  8. Stir together flour and sour cream.
  9. Stir into sauce.
  10. Allow to cool.
  11. Place chicken and sauce in freezer bag.
  12. Label and freeze.
  13. To serve: thaw.
  14. Heat and stir until smooth, thick and bubbly.
