Arrabbiata-Style Spagheti

  1. Clean and chop chitterlings.
  2. Heat oil in pan.
  3. When hot fry chitterlings and pork with garlic, paprika and pepper for 5 min.
  4. Blanche raisons, drain and add to pan with walnut puree.
  5. Add wine.
  6. Stir well and puree in blender until smooth.
  7. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
  8. Top with cheese.
