Cashew Cream

• 3/4 cup Whole unsalted cashews
• 1 cup water

1. Place cashews in blender
2. Add enough water to cover
3. Puree cashews until smooth
4. Blend in additional water to form a cream
5. can be used as a substitute for heavy cream
