Thanda's Cajun New Potatoes

  1. Clean potatoes.
  2. Boil potatoes in large pot with crab boil and crushed red pepper until tender.
  3. Drain potatoes.
  4. Save 1/4 cup (60 ml) of crab boil water to saute' onion.
  5. Peel and dice onion in medium pieces.
  6. Saute' onion with butter and crab boil water until onion is brown and tender (not burnt).
  7. Pour onion sauce onto potatoes and stir.
  8. If potatoes are not seasoned enough to your taste, sprinkle cajun seasoning and crushed red pepper.
  9. Stir and serve.
