Spinach Cheese Pie

• 1 (10 ounce) bag fresh spinach
• 1 (24 ounce) carton ricotta cheese
• 12 cup parmesan cheese
• 14 cup sweet red pepper
• 3 eggs, beaten

1. Mix well.
2. Turn into an oiled deep dish pie pan.
3. Spread thinner in the middle.
4. Can be served hot, warm or cold.
5. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
