Braised Mushrooms

  1. Heat oil in wok.
  2. Stir-fry mushrooms for a few seconds.
  3. Add soy sauce, rice wine, oyster sauce, sugar, garlic and chicken stock.
  4. Turn the heat down and cook about 8 minutes longer.
  5. Serve.
