My Miso Soup
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon miso
- 4 sliced mushrooms
- 34 cup thinly sliced onion
- 3 thinly sliced baby carrots
- 12 cup soba noodles
- 12 shrimp
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- boil the dashi stock and add mushrooms, onion,carrots, nooldes.
- brinbg to boil then reduce add miso and fish sauce.
- let simmer add shrimp till everything is cooked and enjoy.
