Caramel-Mallow Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add flour, nuts and graham crumbs; mix well.
  4. Reserve 1/4 cup crumb mixture; press remaining onto bottom of 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 18 min.
  6. or until lightly browned.
  7. Meanwhile, cook caramels and water in saucepan on low heat until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  8. Pour caramel sauce over crust; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture, marshmallows and chopped chocolate.
  9. Bake 12 to 14 min.
  10. or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
  11. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
