Ukrainian Fruit-Nut Honey Bars

  1. Beat the eggs until light; beat in the honey gradually and then the oil.
  2. Sift flour with the dry ingredients and add to the mixture.
  3. Stir in the fruit and nuts.
  4. Spread the batter in a greased and lightly floured 9x12 inch baking pan.
  5. Bake 325 degrees to 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Remove from the pan and cool.
  7. Cut into bars.
  8. Wrap in waxed paper and store for a few days to ripen.
