Spicy Chicken Stir Fry

  1. In small bowl mix together ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add soy sauce and vinegar; set aside.
  3. Heat wok over very high heat for 20 seconds.
  4. Drizzle oil around sides and heat until oil is almost smoking.
  5. Add chicken to wok; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce mixture and continue to stir 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Remove wok from heat.
  8. Serve stir fry over hot cooked rice.
