Glazed Raisin Cinnamon Biscuits Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients except vanilla glaze till dough forms.
  2. Beat 20 strokes.
  3. Turn unto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix.
  4. Gently roll to coat; shape into ball.
  5. Knead 10 times.
  6. Roll 1/2 inch thick.
  7. Cut with 1/2 inch cutter dipped in baking mix.
  8. Bake on greased cookie sheet till golden, 8 to 10 min.
  9. Spread with vanilla glaze while hot.
  10. 10 biscuits.
