Beef Stroganoff

  1. Preheat electric skillet to 380u0b0.
  2. Dredge meat cubes in flour mixed with salt and pepper.
  3. Brown meat in 2 tablespoons butter. Add chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms; brown slightly.
  4. Lower heat to 300u0b0 or lower; add vinegar, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces and pepper.
  5. Mix with meat. Cover; cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Serve over noodles, spaghetti or rice.
  7. Serve with a nice green salad.
  8. Serves 4 to 6.
