Roasted Carrots

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Cut carrots into 1-1/4-inch-thick slices.
  3. (If carrots are thick, cut lengthwise in half before slicing for more even baking.)
  4. Place in foil-lined shallow baking pan.
  5. Toss with 2 Tbsp.
  6. of the dressing.
  7. Cover with foil.
  8. Bake 20 min.
  9. Remove foil; stir.
  10. Bake an additional 20 to 25 min.
  11. or until carrots are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  12. Serve tossed with remaining 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.)
  13. dressing.
