Easy Teriyaki Chicken Pizza
- 1 store-bought or homemade Pizza dough
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 can Yakitori can
- 2 tbsp Corn
- 2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 Pizza cheese
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Toasted nori seaweed
- Thinly slice the onion.
- Drain the corn.
- Finely chop the seaweed.
- Preheat the oven at 200C.
- Cut the yakitori canned chicken into 5 mm - 1 cm pieces.
- They're slippery so it's probably easier to hold them with a fork while cutting.
- Place the pizza dough on a sheet of parchment paper and spread the kabayaki sauce on top, leaving 1 cm uncovered around the edges.
- Top with onion, yakitori chicken, corn, cheese, mayonnaise.
- It will look like this after everything is on.
- Lower the oven to 190C and bake for 20 minutes.
- Once done, top with seaweed and it's finished.
