Chile & Cheese Quiche
- 1 deep dish pie shell (I prefer frozen)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese (grated)
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine eggs, half & half, cheese, chiles, salt and pepper and whisk together.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake for 60 minutes.
