BBQ Grilled New York Strip
- 12 ounces, weight New York Strip Steak, Split Into Two Steaks
- 1/2 cups Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Ground Allspice
- 1.
- Mix spice rub ingredients together well.
- Transfer to an airtight container and seal.

- Place steaks in a plastic bag with Worcestershire sauce.
- Refrigerate and marinate for two hours.
- 3.
- Remove steaks from marinade and rub 1/2 tablespoon of BBQ rub on each side of the steak.
- Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- 4.
- Heat an outdoor grill.
- Grill for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, for medium temperature.
- The spice rub will keep for about 3-4 months when stored in an airtight container.
