BBQ Grilled New York Strip

  2. Mix spice rub ingredients together well.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and seal.

  5. Place steaks in a plastic bag with Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Refrigerate and marinate for two hours.

  8. Remove steaks from marinade and rub 1/2 tablespoon of BBQ rub on each side of the steak.
  9. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

  11. Heat an outdoor grill.
  12. Grill for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, for medium temperature.
  13. The spice rub will keep for about 3-4 months when stored in an airtight container.
