Angel Hair Puttanesca with Chicken
- 300 g (1/3 of 900-g pkg.) whole wheat angel hair or spaghettini pasta, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 cups Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, garlic and crushed pepper; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
- Stir in pasta sauce and olives; cook on medium heat 10 min.
- or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta.
- Serve topped with sauce and Parmesan.
