Cranberry-Orange Relish

  1. Place cranberries in food processor container; cover.
  2. Process until finely chopped; place in medium bowl.
  3. Add sugar; mix well.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Stir boiling water into combined dry gelatin and cinnamon in large bowl at least 2 minutes until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  6. Stir in cold water.
  7. Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until thickened.
  8. Stir in cranberries and oranges.
  9. Spoon into 6-cup mold or 2-quart bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
  10. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  11. Unmold.
  12. Garnish as desired.
  13. Store leftover salad in refrigerator.
