Citrus Sensation

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups.
  4. Add to gelatin; stir until thickened.
  5. Remove any unmelted ice.
  6. Stir in sherbet with whisk until blended.
  7. Spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes or medium serving bowl.
  8. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
