Beef Yakisoba Recipe
- 1/2 lb soba or possibly 1/2 pound udon, or possibly any other thick noodles
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 lb beef, tenderloin, sliced, thinly
- 1 x onion, minced
- 2 x baby bok choy or possibly 1 handful cabbage, leaves, minced
- 2 stalk celery, minced
- 1 x red pepper, minced
- 1 x yellow pepper, minced
- 1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice
- 1/4 c. oyster sauce
- 1 handf cilantro, minced
- Put the noodles on to cook.
- Heat the oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add in the beef and cook for 1 minute.
- Add in the onion, bok choy, celery and peppers.
- Cook 3-4 min, then add in the five-spice.
- Drain the noodles and add in to the wok.
- Toss with oyster sauce and serve with cilantro sprinkled over top.
