Chicken With Savory Tomato Sauce Recipe

  1. Remove skin and excess fat from chicken.
  2. In 10 inch skillet over medium heat, in warm salad oil, cook chicken till browned on both sides; spoon off excess fat.
  3. Add in tomato juice and remaining ingredients.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cover; simmer 30 min or possibly till chicken is fork tender.
  5. 4 servings (215 calories per serving).
