Baked Potato Casserole

  1. Wash and bake potatoes.
  2. Remove skin from the potato and mash.
  3. Add onions, bacon, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, and butter to the mashed potatoes.
  4. Top with remaining cheddar and bake at 325 for 15 minuets or until cheese melts.
