Beef Fondue Bourguignonne Recipe

  1. Cut beef into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and place in serving dishes.
  3. Heat oil in the fondue pot, then spear beef cubes with fondue fork, and cook till done.
  4. Serve with various sauces on the side.
  5. Serve also with pickles, ketchup, mustard.
  6. Suggested Sauces:BearnaiseTartarAndalouse (1 c. mayonnaise with 1 tsp.
  7. of paprika and 1 Tbsp.
  8. of tomato paste)
  9. Curry (mayonnaise and curry pwdr)
  10. Compliment meal with fresh green salad and fried potatoes.
