Cereal Graham Cracker Bars
- 9 graham crackers, broken crosswise in half (18 squares)
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. (10-1/2 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 6 cups chocolate ring-shaped cereal
- 4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- Arrange graham squares on bottom of greased foil-lined 13x9-inch pan, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.
- Microwave butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 30 seconds or until melted.
- Add marshmallows; toss to coat.
- Microwave 2 minutes or until marshmallows are completely melted, stirring after 1 minute.
- Add cereal; mix well.
- Press cereal mixture firmly over graham cracker layer with lightly greased hands.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Cool completely.
- Refrigerate 5 minutes to set chocolate, if necessary.
- Remove dessert from pan, using foil handles; cut into 24 bars.
- Store in airtight container at room temperature.
