Stir-Fried Pork with Ginger
- 300 grams Pork
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 thumb worth Grated ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- Coat the pork with katakuriko (it's easier work in a plastic bag).
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir-fry the pork from Step 1 in a frying pan until cooked through.
- Turn down the heat to low, and swirl in the ingredients.
- Mix well so that the pork absorbs the sauce.
- Divide into silicone cups.
- When cooled, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze.
