Stir-Fried Pork with Ginger

  1. Coat the pork with katakuriko (it's easier work in a plastic bag).
  2. Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Stir-fry the pork from Step 1 in a frying pan until cooked through.
  4. Turn down the heat to low, and swirl in the ingredients.
  5. Mix well so that the pork absorbs the sauce.
  6. Divide into silicone cups.
  7. When cooled, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze.
