Pear Salad

  1. Drizzle the lemon juiced over the sliced pears.
  2. Mix together the vinegar, Pernod if you are using it, mustard, salt and sugar until well blended, then gradually whisk in the sesame oil.
  3. Arrange the fruit and vegetables attractively in a bowl or on individual plates, and drizzle on the dressing.
