Bacon Breakfast wrap
- 3 large eggs
- 4 slices of hickory smoked bacon (diced)
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- In 10" nonstick pan cook bacon thoroughly
- While bacon is sizzling away, crack eggs into small bowl and add spices.
- Mix until texture is smooth
- When bacon is done, drain off excess grease.
- Pour egg mixture directly into pan with bacon over medium /low heat
- Allow eggs to set a bit and then begin to scramble them up.
- Cook until desired "tightness' of eggs
- Remove from heat and add the shredded cheese.
- Mix until melted.
- Heat tortillas in microwave for 10 seconds.
- Place tortilla on plate and pour your creation onto it.
- Wrap it up and enjoy...
