Basil Penne with Cherry Tomato

  1. Cook pasta- drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt butter on medium heat, add tomatoes and garlic.
  3. Cook for around 8 minutes or until tomatoes are soft and golden.
  4. Return the pasta and heat through before tossing through basil, balsamic, Parmesan and salt and pepper.
  5. Simple and delicious!
  6. Enjoy!
