Buffalo Chilli

  1. In a dutch oven, brown ground bison on med-high.
  2. Add 3 cloves of garlic, 2 Tbsp of Chilli powder onion, and green pepper.
  3. cook for about 4 minutes.
  4. Add tomato soup, canned tomatoes and v8.
  5. Allow to return to a simmer.
  6. Add rinsed kedney beans, and both cans of baked beans.
  7. Simmer for at least 15 minutes, or add to a slow cooker, and cook as long as you like.
  8. Add ground flax, remaining chilli powder, and garlic just before serving.
