Sweet and Spicy Chicken and Rice

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place chicken on parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 20 min.
  4. Meanwhile, mix garlic, barbecue sauce, Sriracha and ginger in small bowl.
  5. Brush chicken with sauce mixture and return to oven.
  6. Bake an additional 20 min.
  7. or until done (165 degrees F).
  8. Serve with rice.
