Sweet and Spicy Chicken and Rice
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs (3/4 lb./340 g)
- 4 chicken drumsticks (3/4 lb./340 g)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Sweet & Sticky Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced gingerroot
- 2-2/3 cups hot cooked white and wild rice mix
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place chicken on parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 min.
- Meanwhile, mix garlic, barbecue sauce, Sriracha and ginger in small bowl.
- Brush chicken with sauce mixture and return to oven.
- Bake an additional 20 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F).
- Serve with rice.
