Fig Butter & Pork Tenderloin Apple Melt
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Raisin Bread
- 2 Tablespoons Fig Butter, I Used Trader Joe's
- 4 slices Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Apple, Cored And Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 pounds Pork Tenderloin, Cooked And Cut Into Thin Slices
- 1/2 cups Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1/4 cups Sprouts
- Spray a large cast iron skillet with cooking spray to coat pan.
- Heat over low heat.
- On your work surface place a piece of bread and top it with a fourth of the fig butter and half of the cheese, apple, pork, onions and sprouts.
- Top with another piece of bread (that has been spread with fig butter).
- Repeat and make a second sandwich.
- Grill over low heat for 3 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
- Flip and grill another 3 minutes.
- Remove sandwiches from the skillet to plates.
- Cut in half and enjoy with kettle cooked chips!
