Marinated Eye Of Round Roast Recipe
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 (.7 ounce.) env. Italian salad dressing mix
- 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 (4-6 lb.) eye of round roast
- Combine catsup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, water, and salad dressing mix; mix well.
- Spear meat in several places and place in a zip-top heavy duty plastic bag.
- Pour marinade over meat and seal bag tightly.
- Place bag in a shallow pan and chill 8 hrs, turning occasionally.
- I pour all liquid and meat in a pan, cover with foil and cook till desired doneness.
- Baste while cooking.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 3-4 hrs.
