Easy! Economic! Homemade Chicken Nuggets
- 1 breast Chicken Breast Meat (skinless)
- 1/2 an egg Eggs (beat)
- 2 tbsp Corn starch or katakuriko
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Weipa (dissolve it in a little of water. If unavailable, chinese soup stock is okay)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp each Grainy mustard and Honey
- 1 & 1/2 tablespoons each Ketchup and Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Cut up the chicken breast and then mince it in a food processor.
- Add in all the other ingredients and then blend it one more time until it all mixes together.
- In a frying pan, add a generous amount of oil and heat it up.
- Next, once you have formed the mixture from Step 1 into nuggets, add them in.
- Fry them till both sides are golden brown.
- Transfer to a plate and serve with the sauce or your desired seasonings!
- You can also enjoy the skin that you removed, prepared separately.
