Arugula Salad With, Oranges, Pomegranate Seeds, and Goat Cheese

  1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in bowl to blend.
  2. (Can be made 1 day ahead.
  3. Chill.
  4. Bring to room temperature and rewhisk before using.)
  5. Cut off peel and white pith from oranges.
  6. Cut oranges into 1/4- to 1/2-inch-thick rounds.
  7. Cut each round into quarters.
  8. Transfer orange pieces to large bowl.
  9. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
  10. Toss salad with enough dressing to coat and serve.
