Green Chili Stew Recipe

  1. Cut up pork into bite sized cubes.
  2. In a large pot fry pork cubes in oil.
  3. Brown on all sides.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat for 2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove cover; simmer for about 45 min more till sauce is reduced to thickness you wish and meat is fork tender.
  7. Add in salt to taste.
  8. I always put in flour tortillas, roll up and serve.
  9. Freeze any leftovers in ziploc bags of individual servings.
