Orange-Jalapeno BBQ Slow Cooked Pork Chops
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 8 whole Center Cut Bone-in Pork Chops
- 1 whole Yellow Onion, Quartered
- 1 cup Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
- 2 cups Orange-Jalapeno BBQ Sauce (See My Recipe Box)
- Working in batches, heat oil In a skillet over medium heat.
- Add 4 chops and sear for 4 minutes, turning once.
- Remove from skillet and transfer to the slow cooker.
- Repeat with remaining chops.
- Add onions, vegetable stock and orange-jalapeno BBQ sauce to slow cooker.
- Stir gently.
- Cover with lid set on medium or high for 4 hours.
- ( I usually check slow cooker after 2 hours and stir gently.)
- These flavorful pork chops will fall off the bone!
- Enjoy with your favorite side dishes, such as baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad, etc.
- It is a family favorite!
