Marinated Chicken Breasts Chartrand Recipe

• 1 bottle La Choy Vegetable Stir Fry
• 1/4 c. soy sauce
• 1/4 c. white wine
• 1/4 c. La Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp. wine vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr

1. A great recipe for summer cook-outs, because the marinade is made the day before, saving time when guests arrive.
2. It is also very low calorie for dieters.
3. Can be made up in quantity then individually frzn.
