Cheesy Ham Dip

• 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
• 1 jar (5 oz.) KRAFT OLD ENGLISH Sharp Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread
• 1 tsp. KRAFT Prepared Horseradish
• 1/2 cup finely chopped ham
• Assorted crackers

1. Mix cream cheese, OLD ENGLISH and horseradish until well blended.
2. Stir in ham.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. Serve with assorted crackers
