Cheeseburger Bake
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni
- 2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 cups Miracle Whip Light
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 whole Medium Onion, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Combine macaroni, mustard, Miracle Whip, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix together and place into the baking dish.
- Saute onion in olive oil over medium/low heat until soft and translucent (4-5 minutes).
- Add garlic and cook for one minute.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in the skillet over medium heat.
- When its nicely browned, add onion and garlic mixture along with Italian Seasoning and mix everything together.
- Add beef mixture to the baking dish on top of the macaroni.
- Spread evenly over the macaroni.
- Top with the cheddar cheese.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
