Drinking Appetizer in 5 Minutes Chicken Gizzard and Green Pepper Stir Fry

  1. Thinly slice the chicken gizzard, and cut the green peppers into pieces *
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the chicken gizzard.
  3. When the colour has changed, add the green peppers, and continue stir-frying.
  4. Cover with a lid, and steam-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper, then you're done.
