Drinking Appetizer in 5 Minutes Chicken Gizzard and Green Pepper Stir Fry
- 150 grams Chicken gizzard
- 2 Green peppers
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 dash Vegetable oil
- Thinly slice the chicken gizzard, and cut the green peppers into pieces *
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the chicken gizzard.
- When the colour has changed, add the green peppers, and continue stir-frying.
- Cover with a lid, and steam-fry for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then you're done.
