Salami and Avo Salad

  1. This salad is not pre-made, all you need to do is preare all the ingredients seperately and dish up just before serving.
  2. Remember the avos will go black once peeled and if you are going to expose the avos for a long period, squeeze lemon juice to cover the avos.
  3. Place a few lettuce leaves in a plate.
  4. Place sliced avos on top, add a few strips salami and top with a little sour cream.
  5. Squeeze juice of 1/4 lemon over the salad and enjoy.
