Sausage Balls
- 1 lb roll of breakfast sausage
- 2 cup shredded American cheese or sharp cheddar, I used American
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cup baking mix such as bisquick
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- I do this in a stand mixer.
- Mix it all together and roll into balls.
- Place on a cookie sheet, sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake til golden brown, about 30 minutes or so.
- I raise the rack in the oven to just above center.
- The cheese forms a delish crust on bottom of the balls.
