Roast Beef Spiral Toppers

• 2 tsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1/2 tsp. KRAFT Prepared Horseradish
• 1 slice deli roast beef (1 oz.)
• 1 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process Swiss Cheese Slice
• 8 lightly salted woven wheat crackers

1. Mix sour cream and horseradish until well blended; set aside.
2. Top meat with cheese; roll up tightly, starting at short end.
3. Cut crosswise into 8 slices.
4. Place 1 meat spiral on each cracker; top with 1/4 tsp.
5. of the sour cream mixture.
6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
