Marinated Beef Brisket Recipe
- 5 pound brisket
- 3 ounce. liquid smoke
- Healthy pinch garlic salt
- Healthy pinch celery salt
- Place brisket in oven bag overnight, adding the above ingredients.
- Seal with rubber band to hold in fumes.
- 1/8 c. teriyaki sauce (1 ounce.)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Spread above ingredients on meat; wrap in oven bag.
- Place in pan and bake 5 hrs at 275 degrees.
- Open bag.
- Add in 1/2 c. BBQ sauce; return to oven for 1 hour at 275 degrees.
- Add in additional BBQ sauce if you like.
- Hold in 200 degree oven till served.
