Semiya Upma
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 12 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 14 teaspoon hing
- 6 small green chilies
- 5 curry leaves
- 14 piece ginger
- 14 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 carrot
- 12 red onion
- 6 green beans
- 1 12 cups vermicelli
- 2 cups water
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, ginger, green chilies.
- Microwave carrot and green beans for 2 minutes with oil.
- Add red onions and carrot,green beans to the pan with oil.
- Add turmeric powder.
- After vegetables fried, add water.
- After water has boiled, add semiya.
