Cheddar Dip
- 1 12 cups sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 14 cup onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons green peppers, finely chopped (or red)
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon red pepper sauce (I use a a shake of Tabasco)
- 1 12 tablespoons milk
- Beat all the ingredients together.
- You can add a bit more milk to change the consistency.
- Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Stir before serving.
