Quick & Easy Spaghetti Bolognese

  1. In a sauce pan, fry the beef mince until brown.
  2. Add a can of crushed tomatoes or 1 cup fresh tomatoes chopped.
  3. Add mashed carrots, use canned carrots as alternative.
  4. Add Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook until the sauce is thick and all ingredients fully cooked.
  6. Serve on cooked spaghetti and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
