Quick & Easy Spaghetti Bolognese
- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 cup tomatoes, canned, crushed
- 1 1/2 cups carrots cooked and mashed
- 1 teaspoon italian herbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 250 grams spaghetti cooked
- In a sauce pan, fry the beef mince until brown.
- Add a can of crushed tomatoes or 1 cup fresh tomatoes chopped.
- Add mashed carrots, use canned carrots as alternative.
- Add Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
- Cook until the sauce is thick and all ingredients fully cooked.
- Serve on cooked spaghetti and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
