Moist and Chewy Rice Cooker Tofu Cake
- 1 block Tofu (silken)
- 1 Egg
- 300 ml White flour
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 few drops Vanilla extract
- Mix all the ingredients with a hand mixer.
- If you don't have one, you can mix with a whisk.
- Use a quick cook function and bake the mixture twice.
- The cake becomes fluffy using a hand mixer as the photo.
- I only used flour in the main picture.
- I served with homemade yuzu tea.
- This is a matcha flavored version.
- It has a nice matcha color and fragrance.
- I added 1.5 teaspoons of matcha.
- This one is with raisins.
