Moist and Chewy Rice Cooker Tofu Cake

  1. Mix all the ingredients with a hand mixer.
  2. If you don't have one, you can mix with a whisk.
  3. Use a quick cook function and bake the mixture twice.
  4. The cake becomes fluffy using a hand mixer as the photo.
  5. I only used flour in the main picture.
  6. I served with homemade yuzu tea.
  7. This is a matcha flavored version.
  8. It has a nice matcha color and fragrance.
  9. I added 1.5 teaspoons of matcha.
  10. This one is with raisins.
