Healthy Banana Sushi!
- 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
- 1 Banana
- 1 1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- Spread all the PB (can add more or less if you like!)
- Evenly around the whole tortilla
- Place banana on one end of the pb coated tortilla
- Sprinkle half of the cinnamon all over the inside of the tortilla and banana.
- Tightly roll the banana into the tortilla like sushi!
- Cut up into small slices
- Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and enjoy!
